At the top of the engraving is a triptych showing the Crucifixion flanked by the Nativity and the Ascension. Below is a portrait image of Pius IX flanked by Jesus, Mary, Martin Spalding and John McCloskey. Below that are portraits of the heirarchy of the United States at the time the etching was made but also including past members John Carroll, Francis Kenrick, John Hughes, John England, Benedict Flaget and John Fitzpatrick. Printed at bottom of engraving: "Western B. N. & Engraving Co. Chicago."; "Published by Kellogg & Stoner, 29 Beekman St. New York & 154 Clark St. Chicago." Dated 1866.

At the top of the engraving is a triptych showing the Crucifixion flanked by the Nativity and the Ascension. Below that are portraits of the heirarchy of the United States at the time the engraving was made, but also including John Hughes. This is very similar to 2010.047.061 but with some differences. Many of the portraits are slightly different. John Hughes is the only former member of the heirarchy included. Boniface Wimmer is also included, though he was an abbot and not a bishop. There is no information as to creator, publisher or date.
