Standing are Bishop Gercke and on his left Bishop McCloskey, both Monsignors at that time. Seated in the center is the Apostolic Delegate Apostolic Delegate Archbishop Guidi [labeled on verso incorrectly, is Apostolic Delegate Ambrose Agius], and seated next to Bishop Carroll is Bishop Caruna [labeled on verso incorrectly: Caruana was not a bishop until after Agius' death].
