At the top of the engraving is a triptych showing the Crucifixion flanked by the Nativity and the Ascension. Below is a portrait image of Pius IX flanked by Jesus, Mary, Martin Spalding and John McCloskey. Below that are portraits of the heirarchy of the United States at the time the engraving was made, but also including John Hughes. This is very similar to 2010.047.061 but with some differences. Many of the portraits are slightly different. John Hughes is the only former member of the heirarchy included. Boniface Wimmer is also included, though he was an abbot and not a bishop. There is no information as to creator, publisher or date.

There are photos of Archbishop Bayley of Baltimore; Bishop James Wood of Philadelphia; Bishop Kenrick, former bishop of Philadelphia; Bishop Becker of Wilmington; Rev. Patrick Reilly, the Vicar General of Wilmington; and Bishop O'Connor, former Bishop of Pittsburgh. The rest of the photos are of administrators and pastors of institutions and churches in and around Philadelphia. It includes Rev. James Corcoran, rector of St. Charles Seminary and the presidents of Villanova and St. Joseph's Colleges. Printed in bottom center of print: "Entered according to Act of Congress, in the year 1873, by David O'Hara, in the Office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington."
