Bayley, D.[D.] [?] Oct. 30th, 1853; promo[?] [?]2; died Oct. 3rd, 1877. [?] Newark" (pieces of fragment missing). Paper adhered to verso suggests it was part of the Francis X. Reuss papers. Photographer unknown.
