Notice is hereby given to the freemen of the city and county of Philadelphia that, pursuant to the provisions of Article XVIII of the Constitution of Pennsylvania, and by virtue of an act of general assembly of said Commonwealth, approved the 8th day of March, A.D. 1889, on Tuesday, June 18, 1889, a special election will be held, at which the following Amendments to the Constitution of said Commonwealth, proposed by the General Assembly of said Commonwealth, will be submitted to the qualified electors of the state for their approval or rejection, to wit: ...
